The manuscript Phagocyte-mediated synapse removal in cortical neuroinflammation is promoted by local calcium accumulation from the Merkler, Misgeld and Kerschensteiner labs appeared in Nature Neursocience. It was a pleasure to help out with some analysis and learn a lot in the process.
